MEET CODY & LYNNE
Like mother, like son...
Berrys Bay Studio Pty Ltd is a registered Australian private family-owned company founded by Cody Sheridan, Director. Established in 2021, the Planning division of Berrys Bay Studio is led by Lynne Sheridan, Executive Director Planning and Special Projects. Lynne has over 30 years experience and is a recognised leader in the property development sector. Lynne has expertise in statutory and strategic planning, project management, development assessment, master planning and urban design and has worked for numerous Councils and State Government preparing LEPs, DCPs and Design Guides.
Lynne is also a recognised housing expert and has led numerous planning reforms for the NSW Government including the Low-Rise Housing Diversity Code and Design Guide, the Inland Code, the Greenfield Housing Code and SEPP 65 and the Apartment Design Guide. Lynne was appointed an Acting Commissioner in the NSW Land and Environment Court between 2021 and 2023 and is experienced in planning and environmental legislation and regulation in NSW.

Lynne leads the planning, urban design and engagement team at Berrys Bay Studio to deliver great work, on time and to budget. Our planning and urban design team brings extensive expertise in managing and delivering projects across urban design, strategic planning, and statutory planning. Meanwhile our community engagement specialists excel at fostering trust and maintaining strong relationships with communities and stakeholders.
